Cash boost to continue vital cancer awareness

The Healthy Communities Collaborative (HCC) has received more than £100,000 from NHS North of Tyne, the commissioning organisation that works on behalf of North Tyneside Primary Care Trust (PCT), Newcastle PCT and Northumberland Care Trust.
The money will allow the scheme to continue its work to raise awareness of the symptoms of bowel, breast and lung cancer.
