Genentech Has Mixed Results In Cancer Fight
Genentech and Biogen Idec announced that their drug Rituxan was able to slow the progression of lymphocytic leukemia in a late-stage trial that treated patients who had relapses after traditional chemotherapy. The success should help make up for the sting Monday of dissapointing results from tests of a lung cancer treatment
