Cancer Scare: How to Tell if You Have a Radioactive Countertop

According to a report in the Times, a pediatrician that was doing her due diligence and checking everything and she claims that during a routine inspection done on a cottage she was purchasing an inspector found elevated levels of radon, a radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer.  Â
