Immune Cells Predict Lung Cancer Recurrence
Patients who’ve had surgery for early-stage lung cancer are more likely to suffer cancer recurrence if their tumors contain a large number of immune-suppressing T-regulatory cells, a Duke University Medical Center study finds.
